Props

We used props in our teaser trailer to add to the meaning.
We used a notepad with a message on it in order to show what sets in motion the fast paced running.

Also, when filming the split screen shot that shows that it is actually the same person but one in the present and one in the future. For the character in the present, we showed him wearing ipod headphones in order to show that the character hasn't noticed the future form of himself as he cannot hear him running.

Also, as time signifiers to show that the time is not linear in our film we used the props of a grandfather clock face and also a watch to make it clear that the time is going backwards and forwards in the trailer.
