For my magazine cover I originally started with this image:
However, after asking people what they thought of the image, they thought the characters looked a little bit lost on the background. Also, Empire covers mainly only focus on a close shot of one character. Therefore, I decided to crop the image to just involve a closer shot of one of the character's but to still include some of the location in the shot. After cropping, I was left with this image:
After creating this shot, I thought it looked quite dark and therefore adjusted the brightness, contrast and saturation which then left me with this:

I think the adjustments made to this picture have made such a difference as the image now really stands out and is more saturated in colour which is more typical of an Empire cover.
